Romer Tube measurement

●Romer  tube inspection can detect and measure a variety

  of metal and non-metallic materials.

   Unlike the traditional measurement of the installation,

   Romer is the only one on the market portable pipe

   inspection system.

  1> The only one on the market portable pipe inspection

       system, it can be installed in the production line,

       greatly improving the efficiency of measurement system.

  2> Measurement without the need to disassemble the

       piping system can be directly measured,completely

       avoid the error when disassembly.

  3> Available in two sets of software (G-Tube or DOCS)!

       Provides length, angle, bend radius,rotation absolute

       value and incremental value! Data can even be fed

       back to the bend pipe machine.

  4> Provide non-contact infrared tube probe to ensure

       that the workpiece will not be deformed!

       And the smallest measuring range 4mm (diameter)

       up to 130mm (diameter) of the pipe, the probe plug

       and play, without recalibration.

  5> A typical tube inspection includes: articular arm,

       tube (G-Tube, DOCS), test bench, computer,

       probe and various accessories.
